Deputy Manager Finance [Financing and Financial Risk Management]
Job Description:
1. Assist Manager Finance to supervise the daily financial work and manage a team of accountants.
2. Monitor the company’s cash flow.
3. Manage the financial risks relating to fuel prices, exchange rates, interest rates and others.
4. Prepare the financial analysis.
5. Participate in aircraft leasing and purchasing.
6. Liaise with the bank and other financial institutions on the company’s financing needs.
Qualification/Requirements:
1. A degree or professional qualification in Finance/Banking with at least 5 years relevant working experience.
2. Experience in airlines financing and financial risk management is preferable.
3. Computer literacy and hands-on experience in computerized accounting system.
4. Able to write and communicate well in Chinese and English.
5. Able to meet tight datelines and work under pressure.
Deputy Manager Finance [Corporate Accounts & Financial control ]
Job Description:
1. Assist Manager Finance to supervise the daily financial work and manage a team of accountants.
2. Update and maintain the Financial Manual and Financial System in accordance with the company’s Governance Framework.
3. Prepare and implement the capital expenditure budget and operating budget.
4. Prepare the statutory financial reports and monthly reports required by the regulatory authorities.
5. Prepare and file tax returns.
6. Create and maintain a good relationship with tax bureau, state administration of foreign exchange and the customs.
Qualification/Requirements:
1. A degree or professional qualification in Accounting with at least 5 years relevant working experience.
2. Experience in airlines accounting is preferable, especially in revenue accounting, financial planning and control, financial compliance and financial system management.
3. Computer literacy and hands-on experience in computerized accounting system.
4. Able to write and communicate well in Chinese and English.
5. Able to meet tight datelines and work under pressure..
