Job Title: Financial Director
Report to: CEO
Summary
To direct and oversee all financial activities of the group. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts. To participate actively in IPO preparation and process.
Mail Responsibilities:
1. Create, then coordinate and improve company’s financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include statutory accounting, budgeting, tax planning, cash flow and investment,.
2. Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure and position control documents, departments budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and date entry.
3. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information report.
4. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
5. Supervise the cash flow, cost controls analysis to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
6. Develop and implement in oversea entities finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures, maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
7. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
8. Coordination with external auditors
9. Dialogue with external partners regarding to IPO project
Requirements:
1. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and const control principles. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
2. Minimum 5-8 years' financial management experience in MNC, with 3 years' experience at managerial level; experience in Big Four accounting firms (at least 3 years) is Must.
3. public listed company related experience is MUST. US-listed experience is a plus
4. Understanding and ability to work in multi-culture and highly international environment
5. Able to multi-task and business oriented thinking
