Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with Business Key and Power User in their day to day work, especially after Go-Live of new units
• Second Level Support for Integrated ERP Solution in the area of CRM (Incident and Service management)
• Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment on all support levels
• Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in CRM and ECC
• Close cooperation with Global Functional Leads and India Delivery Center
• Professional, proactive communication with business users and colleagues
• Resolution of system and process issues occurring in the productive environment
• Design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes
• Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and optimizing business processes and interfaces in close cooperation with the SAP Template and Deployment teams
• Work with Power Users on establishing an effective support structure for SAP
Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:
• At least 3 years working experience with SAP CRM
• Experience in 2 of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, WebChannel
• Experience in WebUI Customizing
• Experience in supporting an integrated ERP solution ensuring that the business solution performs effectively
• Language skills: Proficient in English and Chinese, written and oral
• Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
• Extensive communication and presenation skills
• Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness)

• Open for travel to Europe and in mainland China depending on business needs
