Overview the business impact of site purchase investment to ensure Shareholders value in long termWork out a workable annual purchase plan, review and evaluate the financial impact of each site purchase dealProvide and update CA models to ensure Yum return on investing site purchase dealsSupervise and overview the financial process on site purchaseFinancial analysis for projects as required
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting, CFA or CPA is an advantageEXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): · At least 3-5 years’ experience in company/firm fulfilling similar tasks· Working experience in multinational environment is an advantage· Advanced knowledge of planning, analysis and valuation for China real estate market · Expertise in Excel techniques and Power Point· Good communication skill and capability to sort through complex issues efficiently· Good command in written and oral English· Willingness to work under pressure· Self motivation and good team spirit
