螃蟹有血, 像很多昆蟲一樣. 外國人叫這些血色是blue的. 我小時候養的蠶蟲從15樓跌下地面, 身首異處, 很記得血是綠色的, 但外國人也說是blue. 不知是誰色盲!

There are a lot of insects, octopuses and squid that have blue blood. Their blood is blue because the protein that binds the oxygen to the blood cells, hemocyanin, has copper in it. Our blood, and the blood of other vertebrates, is red because our protein, hemoglobin, has iron in it.
