as a second language, english is just a tool for communication, unfortunately we don't have an enviroment to practice with native english speakers, but at least we have this platform to spread our feelings....

walking with certain speed and distance is really workable, one of my colleague lost 20kgs in 3 months!!! The point is to do it regularly, keep fit is a life style, not fashion..
