Qualifications:
1. Age 25~30
2. Fluent in oral an written English
3. College graduate
4. A minimum 2 years experience in grade A office leasing is a must
5. Possesses a good network of clients and leasing agents
6. Highly professional attitude and excellent negotiation and communicating skills
Job Descriptions:
To assist the Leasing Manager in the followings:
1. Maintaining and servicing existing tenants
2. Seeking for new potential tenants and conducting the whole process of contacting the potential tenants, introducing the building, negotiating the price and other terms, and finalizing the leasing agreement
3. Expanding and maintaining a network or leasing agents to assist in tenants referral
4. Organizing promotional events and creating advertising materials and products
5. Conducting research on market situation, competitors, pricing, and other relevant information
