Job Summary:
The Regional Head of Total Rewards will lead all Compensation & Benefits activities for Great China and other countries in Asia Pacific.
The responsibility of Regional Head of Total Rewards is to maximize Company's ability to attract, reward and engage employees; Ensure rewards are aligned to business objectives, integrated with performance management, cost competitive and a powerful tool in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding talented employees to deliver extraordinary performance & results.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Implement strategies to ensure total rewards are closely aligned with individual and / or team performance and engagement.
2. Research market trends and apply those findings to ensure Compensation and Benefit programs to address the organization’s ability to attract, retain and engage employees.
3. Review and revise total reward systems for specific employee populations that strengthen pay for performance.
4.Stay abreast of market conditions through surveys and external networking and ensure competitive market-based pay structures are in place and link to overall business and organizational strategies.
5. Develop cost/benefit models to ensure that programs are providing the right return on investment and engagement to employees.
6. Manage the annual salary increase review for the organization.
7. Lead roll-out of existing compensation and benefits program.
8. Provide recommendations on various pay actions, utilizing survey sources, market references.
9. Manage special compensation and benefits projects.
10.Provide Compensation and Benefit expertise to support cross border transfers, short term assignments and international relocations.
11.Manage incentives plan under the country responsibility.
12. Lead the implementation, administration and communication of core compensation and benefits programs.
13. Provide expert support to the APAC regional reward team in cross-country related projects.
14. Manage a Regional Compensation & Benefits team.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or other Math related field of study. MBA a "plus ", prefer major in HR of a premier institute, with 10+ years of HR experience including at least 6- 8 years in C&B.
2. Candidate with Stability in career from a reputed company, in a compensation coupled with a generalist role preferred.
3. Exceptional analytical, diagnostic problem-solving, planning and influencing skills.
4. Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits budgets and funding requirements.
5. Strong C&B background; Prior exposure in HR in a similar industry will be preferred
6. Experience in working in an international and matrix organization
7. Excel proficiency
8. Experience with ERP is preferred
