Job Position: Operation Manager
The OM needs to have a strong background in Supply management and inventory control. Some Production manager experience is preferable.
The OM needs to understand, oversee and ensure that all Raven procedures and systems are executed according to SOPs.
The OM will need to maintain and minimize operational costs.
Duties include:
Supervising all the operation in the company
Coordinating between all the different departments and their managers. (E.g. production and QC, operation, logistics, warehouse. Mainly is for Production and QC)
Making plans and strategies to improve the overall performance in the company
Solve any disputes that arise within the company between different departments
Review the reports of each department and make suggestions for them to improve
Delegate duties to responsible people
Review each department and its performance from time to time, to evaluate the performance
Make reports for the high level management about the operations of the company
Ensure the safety of the employees
Ensure the factory and the grounds are well maintained and looked after
Ensure the security of all Raven IP including drawings, specifications and documentation
Degree holder in Engineering or related fields (industrial operation)
Minimum 8 years experience in China factory with at least 4 years at management level preferably in MNC (HR, accounting, operation, warehouse management and production management
Previous PRC plant manufacturing operation experience in China region is highly preferable, especially in the field of rubber and aluminum processing industry
Knowledge in quality systems and international standards, such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.
Good communication skills, fluency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Strong leadership and people management skills
With strong ERP experience is preferred.
