薪资福利主管-C&B Supervisor-著名美国机械电气行业
Job Focus:
Supervise the implementation of the organization’s compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Implement the company’s compensation and benefit programs and activities so that they meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitive.
2.Conduct job evaluation and classifications.
3.Analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
4.Calculate monthly payroll, bonus, incentives both for local employees and expatriate. Provide the OIB and other analysis reports on time. Responsible for answering all C & B related questions.
5.Collect data about compensation and benefits policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise the manager for making important decisions.
6.Recommends policies and practices that will be beneficial for employee benefits and welfare programs.
7.Externally communicate with survey providers and local Labor Bureau for survey and compliance.
8.Internally communicate with local employees and expatriates for compensation issues.
9.Update job evaluation & classifications, and monthly payroll & OIB analysis report.
Implement the new payroll software.

Main Requirements:
1.University Degree with major in Human Resources, Accounting, or other related fields.
2.5 years working experience in C & B function in multinational companies.
3.Good analytical skills.
4.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
5.Familiar with HR software will be a plus.
