Legal Manager Job Description:

1. Keep track of all updates of regulatory rules, regulations and publications as well as all laws applicable to Civil Aviation (IATA regulations etc.) and advise management on a timely manner as appropriate.
2. Handles corporate level legal issues and initiates legal action against offenders.
3. Work closely with company management and advises all judicial matters.
4. Handles legal and official documents on behalf the Company to regulatory and government bodies.
5. Support operation by providing legal advises to all function managers when necessary.
6. Support Board Meeting and Management Meeting by preparing the necessary documents and recording the minutes of these meetings.
7. Supervise and manage the legal department.

Qualification/Requirements:

1. University degree or above
2. Above 5 years working experience in legal field, civil aviation experience preferred.
3. Good English ability in both writing and speaking.
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem solving skills & analytical thinking.
6. Management and leadership skills.
7. Confidence and independent.
8. Hard working, can work under pressure.
