Recruit design engineer of air compressor
应聘条件 Application Requirements:
1、        有很强的工作责任心和团队合作意识;
Strong responsibility sense and teamwork sense.
2、        能独立设计空气压缩机系统,从事过活塞空压机系统设计三年以上;(退休工程师也欢迎)
Be able to design the air compressor system by yourself.
With experience in designing the piston air compressor not less than 3 years.
3、        熟悉无油空压机行业技术水平及市场发展前景;
Know the technical level of oil-free air compressor and the market prospect.
4、        熟练使用CAD/CAXA二维、solidworks三维制图软件和 office办公软件;
Use skillfully CAD/CAXA , Solidworks and Office softwares.
5、        良好的动手能力,负责自己设计项目的跟踪管理,解决装配调试过程中的相应问题;
Good operating ability to deal with the assembly and test problems.
6、        良好的沟通能力和部门之间的协调能力;
Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
7、        能独立进行英语对话,听、说、读、写能力良好。
Good listen, spoken, read and written English ability. Speak English fluently.
岗位职责描述:Job description
1、负责活塞无油空气压缩机的主机设计;
Design piston oil-free air compressor.
2、组织压缩机新产品研发,持续改进现有产品性能;
Design and Develop new products. Improve the performance of existing product.

3、参与公司的发展战略的制订和市场需求研究,开发新技术;
Participate to work out company development strategy and research market requirement. Develop new technology.
4、通过技术创新提高产品质量并有效地降低产品成本和提高市场竞争力;
Improve product quality, low product cost and increase market competition.
5、提出技术升级的改进方案;
Upgrade technology level.
6、协助解决生产技术难题,参与技术攻关,帮助解决产品质量问题;
Participate to solve the production technology problem and product quality problem.
7、参与制定各类技术标准,促进技术管理体制的完善和提高。
Participate to make technology standards. Improve the technology management system.
任职资格:
1、要求至少五年以上的工作经验;
More than 5 years work experience.
2、压缩机设计或相关专业毕业的优先;
Compressor design major or related is preferred.
3、有外企工作经验的优先;
Give priority to those with work experience in foreign company.
