Finance Manager
Location: Huizhou, China
Monthly Salary Range: 面议
General description:
The Manufacturing Controller reports directly to Director, Asia Finance Operation and indirectly to Assistant General Manager of our chip operation in Huizhou. The controller will be the business partner of the AGM in ramping up the new operation and driving cost improvement.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and drive the completion of annual operating plan and update of rolling budget every quarter.
Review or prepare monthly financial reports and financial metrics for financial reporting as well as assisting AGM to manage it operations.
Maintain the capital budgeting process and controls.
Own the accuracy of the financial books and records of the chip operations.
Provide analysis support to AGM, VP WW Manufacturing and Director, FP&A and Director.
Oversee the cost accounting team to implement cost valuation process and maintain appropriate inventory reserve.
Requirements:
Degree holder, major in Accounting or Finance.
MBA , CPA, or CMA would be an advantage
Over 10 years working experience of which more 5 years in managerial position.
Experince in Semiconductors industry is preferred.
Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Chinese.
ERP experience, especially Oracle, is a plus..
