Main Requirements:

1.        Minimum 7 years experience in a MNC or regional environment, preferably in the technical service and/or distribution environment
2.        Good understanding to PRC tax and accounting reporting requirements.
3.         Strong IT skills and familiar with SAP would be a plus
4.         Speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin.
5.         Self-motivated individual and a strong team leader with a high level of communication, influencing and relationship building skills
6.         Have sound business analytical and project management skills

Main Responsibilities:

1.        Reporting to China the Finance Director
2.        Lead the accounting team in managing and coordinating all management and financial reporting for the company in key areas such as month end consolidation, statutory reporting, tax filing.
3.        Review and oversee business controls and ensure compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain a reliable accountability systems including: JV review, monthly account analysis review, quarterly balance sheet review, profitability review, FI_CO reconciliation etc.
4.  Handle Headcount and compensation related accounting and budgeting process independently.
5.         Participate actively in financial evaluation of projects, business development/business expansion plans and other ad-hoc projects..
