什么领导的讲话啊？那么“新闻联播”式的，老外听了都头晕了.

所以不知道怎么翻么，请教啦！！.

自己再顶一下！！.

晕，最怕拿这样的资料来翻译。就算是翻译出来，国外的人看了也是：NO SENSE。不知道你要表达的是什么的。还是不要翻译的算了。。。。会中文的老外就看中文（在中国住了恩多年的那种），不会中文的的翻了也是搞不懂的。尤其是如果没有在中国住过的。.

拜托啦，知道你是个中高手啦，麻烦帮下忙了，是个考试题目，交差啊！
