Job description:
Responsible for all Ads sales target for the Bund, including:
Develop right ads sales strategy & target together with GM
Build up and manage the ads sales team
Develop sales management system and incentive system for the team
Achieve the ads sales target according to the plan
Communicate with editorial team to develop right content related promotion or integrated marketing promotion
Requirements:
Successful pass record on ads sales and management in the mentioned industry
With good relationship with 4A agency and brand company
Self motivated and also inspiring leader, team player
At least 8 years working experience in relative field and with 3 years management experience of a sales team with 5-10 people
Very good communication and interpersonal skill
Looking for growth opportunity instead of a job
