Key Responsibilities:
-- Lead compensation and benefits function, including total remuneration structure design, optimization and payroll administration
-- Be the bridge between Greater China and Corporate in C&B function
-- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
-- Study mandatory HR related policies and be able to propose proactive and cost effective HR solutions
-- Provide data analysis support to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
-- Implement and harmonize corporate HR compensation and benefits policies, programs and process and can make adjustment suggestions based on local market
practice
-- Be able to design local benefits programs
-- Lead HR Information System
-- Sit in Greater China HR leadership team to help Chief HR Officer of Greater China shape Greater China HR strategies
-- Deal with other ad hoc HR projects assigned by manager
Job qualifications and requirements:
Knowledge/Education
* Bachelor degree graduated, Master degree will be a plus
Job Experience
* Minimum 10 years of HR experiences, out of which minimum of 5 years in management role
* Have extensive networks with C&B consulting firms
* Have working experience in C&B consulting firms will be a plus
Skills/Competency Required
* Comprehensive HR knowledge on compensation and benefits program design
* A data person, very careful and is willing to set zero error as ‘to meet expectation’ target
* Easy going and easy to communicate
* Self-motivated
* Good project management capabilities
* Excellent excel skills
* A great team player
* Fluent in English
