Ivy万体馆2017暑假课程安排：
1.小升初语法：7月3日-7月26日（15classes）（8：00-10：00）(周一至周四)
2. 中考语法： 7月3日-7月28日 （12classes）（13：00-16：00））（周一、周三、周五）
3.中考阅读写作：7月31日-8月25日（12classes）(13：00-16：00）（周一、周三、周五）
4.高考英语： （8：30-11：30）每周五+周日
学习要求：有一定的背诵和练习量，希望能够留出足够时间预习和复习，背诵。如果三次验收不合格将劝退。 备注：为了保证教学质量，参加课程前会对孩子们进行水平测试，每位学生在课程开课前都需要试听一节课并完成一份笔试试卷 其他英语常规班：
1.新概念2：每周三、周五 (18：30-20：30) 进度 Lesson10
2.新概念1：每周六上午 (8：00-10：00） 进度：Lesson1

关于新概念二课程：大家都知道新概念课程是英语学习的“经典中的经典”，这本教材螺旋上升的将英语学习中出现的语法现象安排在文章中。很多时态在第一单元都已经浮出水面，但层层加深的理念在后续章节中再次出现，让孩子感觉到是个挑战，但又可以克服。完全避免了填鸭式教育，让孩子们来不及消化和理解；且文章难度的循序渐进，也提升了了写作中句式的应用：句子—并列句—复合句-多重复合句；也逐一通过单词、短语、从句等体现句子成分的修饰。不仅覆盖了所有中考难点；翻译，写作也在不知不觉中进步。

教学中的心理学：

报班说明
1.每个小班，人数都定在8人.根据每个学生的测试结果进行分班，依据每个班的平均水平设置具体的课程进度、教案、教学方法等。
2.缺课不设退费，如果有同程度的班级可去补课，或者单独辅导，但是辅导时间要另定，补内容不补课时。
3.家长可以随时旁听我的每节课，但因为多数上课的孩子处于青少年阶段，有着自己独立的想法，会有希望被父母理解又有不被父母看穿的情绪。爸爸妈妈在的话，部分学生会被影响到，这种情况，为了孩子更好的学习，我建议可以让孩子自己上课，如果想回家辅导和复习的家长，可给孩子带上录音笔，回家再进行整理和复习。

But, for those waiting to get lucky… it can be a long wait. Sometimes forever. Do you sit around and wait to get lucky? Or do you go out and make your own luck?

I am always amazed at those who think they are going to drift along until everything just falls into place for them. It’s just not going to happen.

You can sit around waiting for the world to bring you your dreams on a silver platter. Or you can go out and get them. And do them yourself.

Take a close look at those that you consider successful. Did they just wait until it happened? Or did they work long and hard to get where they are?

Being lucky is about doing, and that being said, you can increase your luck. Here are just a few ways to increase your luck:

Being early breeds serendipity. Really. When you are early for things, even meetings and appointments, magical things tend to happen. That is when chance happens.

2. Finish Before Deadlines

3. Go Outside Your Domain

We all tend to stay in our comfort zones. It is when you stray outside your normal elements that you often discover new luck. So, get out there and go beyond your normal boundaries.

4. Raise the Bar
提高目标
Amazing results happen when you aim higher than you normally do. You will never reach new levels of achievements if you don’t reach for them. Stretch yourself and your goals.
当你把目标定的比通常高一些时，可能会收到令人惊叹的效果。如果你从来不去争取新的成就水平，你就永远不可能达到。跳起来去争取更高的目标吧。
5. Don’t Follow the Rules
不要循规蹈矩
Rules were meant to be broken. Or rather maybe they are “just guidelines.” This is not about doing anything crazy or unethical, it is about challenging the status quo and the norm. Don’t be normal when it comes to the rules.
规矩就是用来打破的。或者它们只不过是“指导方针”而已。这并不是说要做些疯狂或者不道德的事，而是说要挑战现状和常规。在规矩面前，不走寻常路。
6. Be Prepared
做好准备
Being ready means you are ready to take advantage of new opportunities. You don’t want to miss or have to turn down a new opportunity because you were too busy catching up.

7. Do One More Thing
多做一件事
Those who are lucky do more than those who are not. Make it a habit to always “do one more thing.” Whether it is finishing a job right, or one last task at the end of a long day. Do it every day for a year and you will have taken 365 more steps towards your goals than those who don’t give the extra effort.
那些好运的人总是比霉运的人做的多。养成总是“多做一件事”的习惯。不管是做好一项工作，还是完成漫长的一天里最后一项任务。每天坚持多做一件事，那么一年下来你就比那些不肯多努力的人朝着自己的目标多迈进了365步。
It is all about hard work. Want to be lucky? Make your own. Get out there and do instead of waiting for it to come to you. Being lucky is easy, but it takes a lot of hard work.

忙碌的寒假结束了，这个寒假孩子们本来应该是可以休息和玩耍的时候，却因为现实和考学的压力来到我的家中，和我学习了语法课程和阅读课程。
我感谢积极配合的各位家长，也感动在寒冷的冬天早晨，孩子们的爷爷奶奶们冒着寒冷的天气，或是每天上班迟到半小时，并在中午牺牲吃工作餐上下课接送的妈妈们。当然，还有那些可爱的孩子们，他们牺牲躲在被窝中的美好时光，坚持每天来我家上课。
每天早晨，我都可以听到孩子们一到我的家里就大声的叫Ivy老师，呵呵。。。那个时候我的心里暖暖的。。（呵呵，自己是很感性的人） 寒假语法班的课程里，孩子们在最后的一节课，都清清楚楚得记得在这十天中，我们是怎样学习，语法中的呼吸，语法中的生命。。。在我上课时，我将动词归为就像生命的呼吸，只有呼吸生命才可以延续 第一周我们进行了谓语动词在不同时态，情态中以主动和被动不同动词形式的体现，以及非谓语动词体现的谓语以外的不同成份及其常见的四种形式。第二周在掌握了呼吸（不同动词）的用法后，我们学习了和动词组合在一起的不同词类，名词，冠词，代词，数词，介词，形容词，副词，连词，主谓一致，句子（简单句）（复合句），不同类型的句型。
在我的教学过程中，我总是告诉孩子们要勇敢的面对自己的错误，因为只有知道自己错了，才会勇敢的去面对和改正。我将自己说成是超强的360杀毒软件，他们的错误就相当于病毒，查出来了才能消灭掉。
这里是语法教学过程中孩子们暴漏的部分问题：
关于动词：
谓语动词在不同时态中的公式记得不熟
做题时，无法通过句子中的线索和关键词找到相应时态
复合句中，主句和从句的谓语动词该用何种形式
谓语动词无法判断何时用被动语态
非谓语动词无法识别
非谓语动词应以何种形式
关于名词：
名词可数/不可数的识别
不同的名词应配不同的量词
主谓一致
关于代词：
other, others , the other, the others , another的混淆
both neither, all, none, either, every…,each 的混淆
关于句子：
并列连词和从属连词的识别
关于语法学习的建议：
以上语法点是自己的一些教学领悟，家长们也可以平时多注意一下孩子这方面的练习。
参加过课程的孩子们在平时还是要多做题来巩固这些薄弱环节。关于书籍选择，可以参考初中年级的英语语法专项练习或者参考金牌教练类型的同步练习来练习。
关于阅读课程：
阅读课程的教学，孩子们主要问题出现在
1. ABCD阅读理解选择题
阅读的理解题：
这种题目看似简单，但是，六道题，还是会有一题到两题失分。
问题主要出现在判断四个选项中有一个错误或者提到的。
此类问题是，一旦四个选项有涉及到文章中的词组，学生容易被此问题混淆，选错内容。
2. 首字母填空的问题
无法辨别所需词性
名词没有注意数量的概念
动词没有注意谓语和非谓语的不同形式
连词无法正确判断
忽略almost nearly probably maybe possibly perhaps这类的副词
平时词汇量有限
阅读速度超时
3.完形填空的问题
完型填空重要考察词汇的辨析 例如：在英语中说就有不同的单词 tell say speak talk
阅读练习建议：
关于阅读速度建议：在上课时练习的文章，每篇定在八分钟，时间到就分析，从这一点也提醒孩子们在平时练习时有严格的时间概念。
关于阅读提高建议：在寒假阅读班，每天我要求孩子们背诵和翻译一篇分析过的任意一篇文章，很多的阅读文章都是出于国外文章（这样做的目的是提高词汇量，提高理解力和了解国外文化）孩子们会根据自己的兴趣来选择自己感兴趣的文章，因此每天都按时完成。孩子们也反应通过这样的练习，自己感觉阅读也变得越来越容易和敏感，词汇量也大了很多。因此也建议家长可以继续让孩子坚持这样的好习惯，开学后功课忙，但是两天背一小篇文章或者翻译还是比较不错的练习。
呵呵。。。以上是自己半感性半专业的分享，如有不周，请大家不要介意

英语考试中，阅读题型之首字母填空是最令学生们头痛的一种题型。它不但考查学生对语篇的理解能力，而且考查学生理解语篇过程中的分析判断、句子成分与词性的对应关系、语法结构、词义辨析等全方位的综合能力。只有具备了相当词汇量、扎实的语法知识、充分的扩散性思维和严密的逻辑推理能力的学生，才能很好地完成语篇，使文章通顺畅达，恢复原样。
下面和大家分享一下首字母 “台阶式”练习方法；
台阶一：掌握七种句子成分与十种词性之间的对应关系。通过对单一成分的分类练习，掌握该句子成分与何种词性相对应。词性正确是答案正确的前提。
(1) 对主语的判断
1. _______ are helpful to students. ( teach )
2. _____ is more important to me than money. ( healthy )
3. Some famous _______ are going to give lectures in our university in August. ( science)
4. _______ is my favourite sport. ( fish )
5. ________ stamps is my hobby. ( collect )
Key: 1. Teachers 2. Health 3. scientists 4. Fishing 5. Collecting
分析：以上练习中，填入词均为句子的主语。主语是动作的发出者，词性主要为名词与代词（1-３题）；动词不能直接用作主语，必须转化成其对应的名词或doing（４、５）。此外，形容词前加the，带连词的句子也可作主语。
(2) 对谓语的判断
John was standing on the step of a house. An old woman c________ over to him. “My boy,” she a_____, “Is your father at home?” “Yes,” a_______ John. The woman began r_________ the bell. She rang and rang, but there was no answer. At last she t_____ back to John and s______ angrily, “Didn’t you s______ that your father was at home?” “I did”, answered John, “but this i_______ my house.”
Key: came asked answered ringing turned said say isn’t
分析：语篇中的所缺字除ringing以外均为谓语动词。谓语是句子所表示的动作，词性只能是动词，在句子中不能缺。当一个主谓结构中同时出现两个或以上动词时，还要判断他们之间的相互关系，对谓语动词或非谓语动词的判断只有在熟练掌握相关知识的基础上，才能作出正确的判断。多做用动词的适当形式填空有助于对动词形式的判断。
(3) 对宾语的判断
1. Mr. Chen was surprised to see the fast ________ in Shanghai after his long absence from the city. ( develop )
2. The front is in great need of medical _____ .( work )
3. Thank you for your _______. ( kind )
4. At last he sold his ______. ( invent )
Key: 1. development 2. workers 3. kindness 4. invention
分析：宾语是动作的承受者，分动词宾语与介词宾语两种。宾语的词性同主语的词性一样，代词作宾语时必须用其宾格。
(4) 对表语的判断
1. It is ______ for an ordinary plane to fly to the moon. ( possible)
2. The sick man is getting ______. ( ill )
3. Patrick is going to be a(n) ______ when he grows up.(engine)
4. Such cold weather is quite _____ in June and people have to wear warm clothes again. （ usually ）
5. It’s a ______ to have a picnic with all the members. （please ）
Key: 1. impossible 2. worse 3. engineer 4. unusual 5. pleasure
分析：表语是连系动词后接的成分。词性主要为形容词，名词, 介词短语。动词必须改成 to do ,doing 或 done 的形式。
(5) 对定语的判断
1. The _______ exams usually take place at the end of June. ( finally)
2. On a _____ night, you can see thousands of stars in the sky. ( clearly)
3. In ______ weather, the old had better stay at home. (freeze )
4. The French artist said, “ it is my _____ time to visit Shanghai. I love this city so much. ( one )
5. Most people don’t like ________ food. ( freeze )
6. Who is your ________ teacher? ( chemical )
Key: (1) final (2) clear (3) freezing (4) first (5) frozen (6) chemistry
分析:：定语是修饰名词与代词的成分。词性以形容词，序数词，介词短语为主。名词修饰名词说明后面名称的性能或用途。如：stamp show / physics teacher。 动词必须变形为：to do, doing 或done 的形式。
(6) 对状语的判断
1. The old lady could hardly believe that she had got the travel pass to Hong Kong so ______ (easy)
2. Watch ______ , and you will find the difference between the two pictures. ( care )
3. After flying in the storm for nearly one hour, the helicopter landed ______ at last. ( safe )
Key : (1) easily (2) carefully (3) safely
状语：说明动作发生的时间，地点，原因，方式，目的，结果，条件，伴随情况的成分。
词性以副词为主，也可以是介词短语，动词必须变形为to do, doing 或done 。
(7) 对连词的判断
在英语中, 并列连词and, but, or, so , not only…but also, either …or, neither…nor, as well as, both… and 连接并列的词, 词组和句子; 从属连词连接主句与从句。
台阶二：在牢记了七种句子成分与十种词性的对应关系之后，多做做综合的“用所给单词的正确形式填空”，提高对句子成分的判断能力。熟练掌握词性转化的技巧是通向首字母完形的第二步
台阶三：锻炼自己的发散和归纳思维的能力，或称为“猜谜”的能力。
Exercise : Guess the missing word.
1. ________ are helpful to students.
2. ________ are helpful to students. They give them knowledge.
3. ________ are helpful to students. In class they teach them knowledge and after class they care for them like parents.
4. ________ are helpful to students. They keep them healthy.
分析：按顺序做你会不假思索地得出答案，1---4均为Teachers，全部解完后再思考，似乎第一题答案不仅仅只有Teachers。按判断主语的结论，凡名词，只要合乎逻辑，都可作为第一题的答案，你会发现Books也可，继而得出结论：“一切有益于学生的复数名词均为正确答案，Exercises、Doctors、Police、Parents…”。第二题受后一句knowledge的限制，答案要少一些：Teachers、Books，第三题限制更多，从“care for”判断主语只能是人，Teachers。第四题受healthy的限制，最好填Doctors / Nurses。
以上练习说明解完形填空需要如下技能：1，对所缺词的句子成分必须作出精确判断，然后填入正确的词性，即必须熟练掌握句子成分与词性的对应关系。2，必须训练自己扩散性思维能力，如同猜谜，因为词义的确定依靠着对句中限制性信息的判断得出。3，良好的语法基本功。在确定完词性与词义后，单复数、时态的确定建立在良好的语法基本功之上。
台阶四：对词性、词义、词形的精确判断阶段，即综合运用阶段
Mr. Wu is getting old. He is l_______ the school soon. The s_______ in his class have given h______ a lot of p_______. Among t______ are cards, note-books, photos and books. Most of the cards are m______ by the students themselves.

分析：通读短文以后发现Mr. Wu 是一位老师.。从old 可推断他不久要退休了,所以
“ l____” 应为谓语动词 leaving ;
“s____” 是第三句的主语, 结合 have 判断为 students;
“ h____’’ 是give 的宾语, 判断为him ;
“ p_____” 的内容是 cards, note-books… , 所以判断为名词presents;
“ t_____” 是介词among 的宾语, 应为them ;
“ m____” 处于be done by 的结构中, 应为过去分词made;
“h_____” 位于情态动词will 之后, 应为动词原形help;
“t_____” 是remember 的宾语, 并且受到happy 的修饰应为 time
“t_____” 是主语, 名词或代词 teachers / they;
“p____” 是have的宾语, 前面有冠词, 所以是名词party
“s_____” 前有 to, 分析成分为目的状语 to do 即 to say
台阶五：熟能生巧阶段。 要做到举重若轻，必须在前四步的基础上作长期系统的训练，把上述知识演化为解题技能。自己动手试试下面的练习：

一万小时定律：每天3小时！7年！
一时心血来潮报了个口译班，其中有一位老师大概30岁，长得很漂亮，打扮也很时尚，口译功夫了得，每次都来去匆匆，中午就花5分钟的时间泡一碗面吃。后来才知道，她大学学的是历史，她的本职工作是一家公司的公关部经理，儿子已经5岁，她每天要上班、做家务、带孩子。与我们不同的是，她拥有人事部二级口译证书，每个月都有天南海北的会议翻译任务，还兼任这家口译中心的导师。
打开她的博客，已经更新了500多页，有2000多个帖子，全部都是每天她自己做口译练习的文章，平均每天两篇长的一篇短的，她坚持做这件事已经快10年了，非专业出身的她因为爱好英语而一直努力。
我对她表示钦佩，她说，10年前，她曾经看到一份调查报告，一个人如果要掌握一项技能，成为专家，需要不间断地练习10000个小时。当时她算了一笔账，如果每天练习5个小时，每年300天的话，那么需要7年的时间，一个人才能掌握这项技能。
她说，幸运的是，我知道自己想掌握什么技能，我只需要立马投入干起来就行了，我没有5个小时的时间，我每天只能学习3个小时，现在已经快10年了，我觉得自己差不多已经掌握了这个技能吧。六六在微博中也提到过这个理论，她说自己就是经过7年的努力写作，才成为一名作家，披头士乐队在成名前已经举办过1200场音乐会，比尔·盖茨在发家之前已经做了7年的程序员。
可是为什么你做了10年公务员还只是一名小职员？为什么在家里做了7年的饭，没变成特级大厨，反而发现婚姻到了7年之痒呢？
那是因为，你没有投入精力和热情来练习一项技能。每天上班只是看报纸上网应付各种琐碎任务，大家干吗你干吗，每天做饭只是为了让家庭正常运转，并不用专业的眼光看待这件事。
不要再哀叹大学毕业之后专业就丢了，如果从初中开始算起，12年的学校教育，就算每天学习一门技能2小时，一年300天，你也只有7200小时，还有2800小时的缺口，就算你毕业后每天坚持练习1小时，你需要10年。
为什么理工科的人更容易成功？只要他们毕业后专业对口，还是做的那点事，那么他们就等于1天8小时都在练习，这2800小时，只需要1年多就填补了。可我们很多人，尤其是女人，工作的内容并不是在练习技能，大部分是琐碎的人和事，实际上，是在荒废。
也许你会说，我是平凡人，我不想成为什么人，只想安安分分过日子。那只是你的错觉，时间在流逝，你每天重复重复再重复的那些行为，就是在塑造你，你不想成为什么人，可是你注定会成为什么人。
每天5个小时，如果你是用来看韩剧、网页、聊天，那么7年后，你会变成一个生活的旁观者，你最擅长的就是如数家珍地说起别人的成功和失败，自己身上找不到任何可说的东西。
花1分钟想一想，曾经最想做的事情是什么，然后每天去做这件事，7年后，你会发现你已经可以靠这件事出去混饭吃了。
哪怕你喜欢逛街呢，你规定自己每天逛街3小时试试？可能一开始你觉得很高兴，每天如此，你会发现无聊，再坚持下去，你就开始琢磨了，我逛街还能发现点什么，还能搞出点什么花样？坚持下去，7年之后，你可能会成为时尚达人、形象设计专家、街拍摄影师、服装买手……
