1.POSITION TITLE: Demand Flow Mgr

JOB PURPOSE: 
Take lead with demand flow and logistics with a wide range of suppliers to ensure goods are produced and delivered on time to the various customers.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead logistics and supply chain functional team to set up and develop whole logistics network;
Take part in to define KPI and other logistics performance, draw action
plan to achieve logistics target;
Cost saving to balance logistics service level and maintain in high efficiency;
Develop cost effective solutions for outgoing shipments
Define the logistics process and execute to follow the rules and regulation;
Work with suppliers on production issues for resolution
Liaison between customers and suppliers
Develop and maintain local carrier relationships
Work with sales team and other related team to understand customer’s logistics request and deliver reasonable solution;
Ensure the inventory accuracy and work with SCM and planning team to maintain inventory level by target setting;
Work with supply chain management team to define team’s KPI and performance setting, trace and follow up;
Develop team career planning and training programme;
Involve or lead special project in supply chain area.

Educational Background  / Professional Qualification  Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in supply chain
Management/logistics or production environment

Work Experience Requirement :
5 year related working experience in international company or above, prefer in Durable Consumer Goods Industry or FMCG or 3rd party logistics/freight forwarder
2 year logistics management working experience in international company or above, prefer in Durable Consumer Goods Industry or FMCG.
Have 1 year working experience on ERP system at least.

2.Position: Spareparts & Accessories Buyer

Purpose of the position:

To act as facilitator between the Central Product Lines DP ,DT and CC  in Europe & the sourcing org. for DR and DH and the related suppliers of finished goods. To ensure a reliable spares supply at specification, delivery on time and at right cost.

Manage local sourcing needs for consumables and accessories for product line DT and CC under the esponsibility of ECA sourcing function in Europe.

Main responsibilities of the position:

1. Secure a reliable flow of spare part to Europe , being on stock in time for product launch.

Ensure timely, correct and complete deliveries of parts during the active production phase of an appliance / product. Ensure that last order of parts is managed when a product is being phased out (after seize of production ) and that key component supply is secured in the following years.

2. Ensure full supplier compliance of spare supply in accordance with specification and instructions given  by Electrolux.

3. Train and educate existing and new suppliers on our requirements and process (ensure that all deliveries will have the same paper work è order confirmation, delivery note, bill of loading, invoice).

4. Follow up on the spares clauses – contractual  ( DR/DH sourcing contracts )

5. Co operate and support European spares planner on local level, negotiate lead time, batch quantity and packaging according our guidelines

6. Participate and have access to the TDS & process.

7. Quality assurance of spare and consumable supplies

8. Return handling and claims on wrong deliveries

9. Corrective action management – non compliant suppliers

10. Cost saving activities – kit assembly,find synergies to merge existing spare parts by replacing it with the current DT / CC range

11. Purchase price management vs finished goods pricing

12. Look for potential new suppliers of C&A in cooperation with ECA Sourcing team in Europe for DT and CC, be part of the supplier selection.

13. Coordinate samples of C&A requests C&A Sourcing projects – local support

Skills:

- Ability to communicate internally and externally

- Ability to negotiate

- Ability to work independently and proactivness

- Business sense


Requirements of the position:

- a degree in Business / Engineering

- at least 5 years experience in purchasing / product management / QC

- Previous work for an European / International company is recommended

- Excellent working knowledge of English, speaking and writing.

- Excellent Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus

- Office package

Familiar with platforms, like Windows, Unix
Familiar with server technology & SAN storage
Ability to work proactively and independently
Open, and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Oracle, MS SQL certifications are advantage..
ITIL knowledge advanced.
